One Great Night on Earth is an outdoor live music festival outside of Melbourne, Australia. The 12 hour event is an initiative to raise funds for the charity, Fine Green Paddock, whose purpose is to help regional Australians whose lives and livelihoods have been devastated by natural disaster. Scheduled for December 2012, 80K to 100K people are expected to attend the event which will be streamed around the world.
